mixwind ("the Service") provides AI-agent runs that turn user-provided goals into deliverables. Access is granted via prepaid Credits.
2. Credits
Credits are non-transferable, are consumed per run, and do not expire. Unused Credits are not redeemable for cash except as required by applicable law or our Refund Policy.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to generate unlawful content, to attempt to compromise the Service, or to violate the rights of others.
4. Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, mixwind disclaims all warranties and shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
