Eligibility
Unused Credits purchased within the last 14 days are refundable in full. Credits already consumed by completed runs are non-refundable.
How to request
Email [email protected] with the order id (shown in your receipt). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Disputes
If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue quickly.
